Overview
Large, small, or difficult-to-place parts are easy to tape with V-TEK's TM-50 Series. The microprocessor-controlled sealer and stepper motor drive assures precise handling of all taping parameters. Several advance speeds are selectable to accommodate problem parts and to minimize part jumping. The innovative setup and change-over design allow any taping operator to change over carrier and cover tapes in minutes. The TM-50 OEM is a slim line taping module that can be easily integrated to existing pick-and-place systems where placement of small parts or electrical components into tape and reel packaging is necessary.
